And that’s exactly what I did! On Friday Adam went out to dinner with friends, so on the way home I stopped by Gigi’s and picked up this gem…
It didn’t last long! My left over lasagna was taking too long to heat, so I did what any
reasonable hungry person would do and ate the cupcake first! 🙂
If you haven’t had a cupcake from Gigi’s, apparently there’s a specific way you have to eat it: turn it icing-side down in a bowl and squish it to spread the icing evenly. You obvi have to then eat it with a fork, but this allows you to get a little icing with each bite of the cake. Brilliant!
I also came home to these beautiful congratulatory flowers from Adam’s aunt (more on that later).
Not a bad way to start the weekend!
